I didn't expect that either. I pretty much wrote this one off as proposed. It doesn't even need to go to City Council now for the historical designation part. But I think they still need to rubber stamp the zoning change. There were some comments at the PC meeting about the HLC botching up the historical designation process. I'm not sure what that was about.
