There was a very good discussion about the project and the historical significance of the building. There was also some thought that this should be kicked to the City Council for a final decision. But from what I understand, the project is a go now.

Really? Wow. Didn't expect that based on the comments I had been seeing. Very cool if it goes through. the DKG building is pretty ugly IMO. Would love to see a new addition to my block.
