Edit: I just looked it up. These are from Wikipedia, so I'm not sure how accurate the numbers are...here are the 1000ft+ towers west of the Mississippi.

Wilshire Grand (Los Angeles): 1,100 ft / 335 m
Salesforce Tower (San Francisco): 1,070 ft / 326 m
**98 Red River (Austin)**: 1,023 ft / 311 m (is this the agreed-upon height?)
U.S. Bank Tower (Los Angeles): 1,018 ft / 310 m
JP Morgan Chase Tower (Houston): 1,002 ft / 305 m
