I like a modern contemporary with a unique strong statement.. 90s - early 00s was a prime timeframe for quality skyscrapers. Adding in residential and a utilitarian type 2020 use makes these new designs less than steller and not visually appealling. That said I dont hate this design but really want a stunning strong tower to say this is Austin on the skyline. Holding out hope for that to happen around republic square.
