No. It seems that he was mentally ill long before March 2020, not to mention that he drove 3 hours from his home to Québec City to carry out his attack which is, in my opinion, a sign of mental illness.

Part of the problem would be that missing deaths (i.e. lack of car crash deaths) would have to count as negative Covid deaths.
