They did get close to 100 million of financing for construction. Not the full amount but enough to get things rolling. They had quite an investment to acquire the air rights.
This project is happening.
These are also the same folks that are responsible for 76 11th, so I'm sure they would have the capital via sell outs to fund this if need be.
