Yeah, totally agree. I never understood their angle. Afraid of construction noise and disruption? Just temporary and part of life. Traffic? Eh, this is pretty central Vancouver, not the burbs or some bucolic pastoral land. Real estate values? Don't their SFHs go even higher with less availability and with better neighborhood amenities?

I've submitted my comment and encourage others in the area to do the same, it needs the support it can get here.
