Time to change up the tower concept is this is what it takes to reach energy guidelines.
No we have to change the energy regulations if they preclude bright, livable apartment homes. Completely bonkers to be sacrificing human wellbeing when all BC's electricity is carbon-free, and people were clearly willing to pay a slight energy cost in return for bright homes and nice layouts.
