It looks nothing like the bank of China. One could say Stantec Tower looks like CIBC Square done on the cheap if we are going to reach here. One of those two is more accurate then the other. Also I think it wouln't cost much more to build the bank of China Building today then CIBC because the floor plates don't undulate and the the glass facade is flat on all sides.
