This is a 101 storey building. . . I can see it from my house. . . I've watched this thing every day from planning, groundbreaking to where it is today and none of the problems they've encountered (physical / economical or otherwise) seem at all surprising. . . in fact I'm amazed that it's gone as smoothly as it has. . .
