The material choices could be better, but I really like this. It's much better than the office they were proposing before. I like that this will be rental units too. I don't know what they plan for the existing "office/ retail" portion attached to the mall, but I wish there'd be some changes so that some of the businesses in the mall also face the plaza (as it is already set up).
How many parking spaces are they proposing? They say there are two stories with 780 parking spots, but I'm assuming that's the current parking spaces in the underground parking. Are they going to claim some of those?
I'm curious to see if in the future the part to the North will be redeveloped into something good.
