to 'dynamize' the neighborhood, perhaps.....
The existing property looks rather austere and, frankly, mournful. The immediate streetscape doesn't look to smart either, excuse me anyone living in a house there and reading this.
This project seems architecturally outspoken, and will perhaps inject some style and design there, along with more people, life, movement, and more neighborhood services.
