A new rental tower is beginning construction in the Yonge Eglinton area. Specifically, off Soudan and Redpath, which borders the SFH neighborhoods to the south, and the rapidly densifying Yonge-Eglinton 'hub'. This is a 21 floor tower with townhomes replacing some homes. Already excavation has been underway for months, and delayed by the current pandemic.
