Saw the site driving by this week, they seem to be progressing super fast. By looking at the renderings, it could be the nicest and largest apartment building in Charlottetown. A much needed addition, considering the shortage of apartments. I am not sure why you think access would be a problem, since it is located on a controlled traffic intersection. The infra-structure at that intersection can handle a lot more growth. Excited to see this project take shape it will be a great addition to Charlottetown. I heard Cordova is doing the project and calling it West Royalty Suites, they have a great reputation of doing high quality projects.
