I will say, based on the latest
rendering, I'm less than impressed by the blank walls of the podium at the SW corner. Like, why? Fire code triggered by the proximity of Bella Luna?
It's also a shame that they seemed to removed the vertical mullions on the west side of Tower B. Ironic that Tower A by Goettsch ends up looking more residential, and the HPA portion looks more like a soulless office structure...
