A cornice is like a fancy dress on an old lady - it can make any building pretty
Although I am a tad disappointed they went the cemented joints route instead of butting them up so it looks more seamless like the william thomas building. I fear over time those joints will just stain and look more glaring..
Still, there is no comparison that it infinitely looks better than it did - liking the diagonal brick design patterns on both buildings too - and looks pretty awesome at night
