agreed. how nice would a maturely landscaped red brick walkable district do right there in between the rail station and the domain?

brandywine messing up yugely here by making this into glass corporate suburb bizpark anytown, USA


i mean...the potential for this space.....it's just off the charts. sadly i have already let go of my dreams here
