I think, if it were hypothetically materialized out of thin air today, then it would be the third tallest in the US.
1. Freedom Tower
2. Sears Tower
3. Tribune East
But by the time Tribune East is built and those pesky NY towers open, it'll drop to fifth:
1. Freedom Tower
2. Central Park Tower
3. 111 W 57th
4. Sears Tower
5. Tribune East
