Must admit that I've always shared a similar sentiment with the post above. Given the quality of what's around these buildings, there was never going to be a River Landing-level of development on this site. I'll happily take the incremental improvement given a) the neighboor as I mentioned, and b) the horrible economic times. The fact that we're seeing a local developer take such risk by simultaneously building two large scale projects in the midst of the worst economic disaster in decades is mighty impressive if you ask me. I'll take it! What's next?
