I like this reclad. The existing complex looks pretty worn and some of the windows look mismatched. The appearance of the complex could drastically benefit from the flattening of the facade and increased reflectivity that the new cladding will offer.
It will go very nicely with the redone Terrasses de la Chaudiere complex.
