That's awesome. How do you know that? The last deed on ACRIS is from Jules Cohan to JULES COHAN, AS SOLE TRUSTEE.

However, on Nov. 19, 2019, JAB (ACQUISITION) LTD, a Real Estate Transfer Tax form was filed which showed a transfer from PAM Acquisition LLC to JAB Acquisition LLC, both of which have a London address.

Anyway, even if Rudin owns the Madison Avenue parcels, the adjacent Park Avenue parcels presumably aren't coming down, so this site is not very deep. That's great news to me because it suggests that there will be a tall, thin tower geared toward hedge funds, etc.
