It looks like there's still room to grow, even if it's somewhat marginal. Maybe bump capacity to 10K or something like that. I would imagine that if it were ever a need to get much bigger than that, they'd have had to look at building something completely new anyway since that site never looked capable of handling something huge like 30K+.

But I do take your point about Canadian stadiums often being built in a way that precludes significant expansion.
