It's great to see this one and both Colorado towers go up at the same time. All of them are at substantial enough heights to change the way the street feels. As Hanover starts to rise, that area will feel even more dense -- not just because of Hanover's height, but also because it's surrounded by the remains of the Warehouse district. Still enough single story buildings to offer a lot of contrast.

Walking around the bars in that area will be an interesting feeling - like being at the bottom of a bowl, with the rim of the bowl being towers in every direction.
Rainey will feel that way pretty soon too (if not already).
