The next Design Commission meeting isn't until 01/27, but there are a lot of significant projects with site plans in review that still need a density bonus. We should get the first renderings for quite a few projects at the next few DC meetings:
14th & Guadalupe
Block 16
Tower 5C
River St. Hotel
Symphony Square (This project may not need to go to the DC. It may have gotten what it needed from the PC already. But I'm not sure.
Block 87 (new version)
321 W. 6th (More renderings)
Of course there are others, if site plans are filed in the near future:

Railyard Condos Site
