The main thing of note that I took from my brief sighting is that according to the advertisement, this building would be a "two minute walk from the Avenir Centre". This really narrows things down in terms of location, and in particular, I am wondering about the recently cleared lots on the north side of Gordon Street between Elm & Highfield. This particular site would appear to suit the style of building depicted on the billboard.
That would be a great location for a three story residential building. Isn't that property owned by Ashford Group? I can't think of any other location that would be a two minute walk from the Avenir Center. Maybe the old Co-op property on Record Street, but I think the Gordon Street location is more likely.
