This looks like a nice opportunity on that corner! Personally I wouldn't mind seeing something on that corner where Antiques & Funk is housed to be a little more architecturally in-line with the area (like the McKim/Crocus/Big 4 Sales building across the street).
BTW, whatever happened to those plastic horses Birt Saddlery used to have as their sign? AS a kid I always wanted to see those joined together to make on whole plastic horse.
