Updated plans here: http://www.minneapolismn.gov/www/groups/public/@cped/documents/webcontent/wcmsp-220990.pdf . Looks like a gain of 16' in height to a new height of 519'. Looks like a variety of modifications, most significantly losing 2 floors of hotel and gaining 2 floors of condos.
