Demolition man... man oh man (Hamilton Specialty Bar)

Buildings at the old Hamilton Specialty Bar plant (at 319 Sherman Ave. N, between Sherman and Birch north of the CN tracks) are being taken down.

This is the death throe of one of the structures on the Birch side of the property, on Sep 30:

How was this allowed? Who does a demo of an ancient industrial building like this without taking proper precautions?

If we had a Hamilton sub-forum called "WTF" this post would go there.
