Yep....Sparks or Wellington.
And NCC is never going to agree to Wellington, either surface or underground.
Sparks will work underground only as far as Lyon Station, between Bay - Lyon - Kent, easily. But No Farther than Kent (reason: we're not allowed to know).
Sparks will work surface as far as:
: between any of Bay - Lyon - Kent, easily.
: between any of O'Connor - Metcalfe - Elgin, only if both NCC and Ott agree to a massive Sparks St. do-over (which it could use, anyway - different discussion).
As for the T-Line going over to Terrasses de la Chaudière, to serve as best and easily and cheaply as possible the most customers possible
(transfer to/from Rapibus at Tache, civil servants at TdC, and the north of Zibi) for minimal cost, at a good trade for giving STO it's LRT to Lyon........
be it known that Jimmy has never ever liked having the PoW, and has looked to just have it disappear from his sight ASAP, in any way possible, ever since becoming mayor and inheriting it.
Now with Ottawa-Centre candidate Catherine McKenna setting the tone, he sees his way out. Collusion ? (oh, right, i'm paranoid !) IMHO -
