“The city is doing a city-wide review of the industrial uses in the city,” said Matt Meehan, a senior vice-president of development at Concord Pacific. “Basically, our site is not open for putting rezoning applications in until they finish that report. So in the interim, we’re looking at things like (renting it to) the tech industry, the film industry. There has been some interest in the building, which is kind of unique once you get inside. But we haven’t got anything signed up yet.”
