Lot's of imported tech money. Nothing but awkward dudes with minimal social skills, no women, and way too much money on their hands.
I see them cruising the bar areas all the time with no one ever in the car, but they make sure to rev the engine in a douchey "pay attention to me!" way... as if it's going to somehow get them the attention they desperately seek.
