Google gets goofy in this part of town; not sure if it's the drugs or what. But by searching the Hyatt I found the site where this is going.

Looks to me like Legacy made a nice strategic site purchase. Slowly but surely this area looks to be prime property in hindsight - especially now that the Grande VA Hospital is open.

I don't think they have the address correct.
