From their 2016 pdf: - 18,000 residents

- 4 daycare centres (256 spaces)
- Community centre
- 25 acres of green space
- 1.5 kilometres of riverfront access
The mixed use I see on their maps is ground floor retail with residential above. There isn't a single mention of 'office'.
