Yes - 17th will run all the way through to Olympic Way. Thought this was already well known, so I didn't state it explicitly in my prior note. There is a conceptual plan at the end of my recent post on the construction thread. It isn't a massive pedestrian plaza by any means, but the strip with angled green strips in the image is a pedestrian zone in front of the BMO connecting directly to the station:
