Yep.
Moodie is supposed to have space in the plans for at approximately doubling storage capacity in Phase 3.
And although furthur expropriation for Belfast is indeed theoretically possible, as I mentioned elsewhere,
PepsiCo is a formidable opponent who seems to wish to retain their plant unless the terms are VERY beneficial.
And an expanded configuration would be rather awkward, but possible.
Overall, I think that the final Moodie would provide sufficient storage capacity, unless future considerations change extensively. IMO.
