I'm very impressed at the development activity ongoing in the old home place at present.
This will never be built, which is unfortunate because it’s a nice looking concept. There have been many proposals in this area of the years, and each is met with strong public opposition. The current city council has weak knees, and is not willing to make controversial decisions.

Edit to add: I could be a tad too pessimistic...I check zoning rules and it’s possible to go up to a little over 100 feet in this area.
