Red face TORONTO | 415 Yonge St. | 231 M (758 FT) | 66 FLOORS

Just doing some housekeeping on Toronto's behalf by adding old but active proposals that no one ever got around to. Thanks to UrbanToronto for the info and pics.

415 Yonge was first proposed almost in June 2017. Almost everyone on these boards and elsewhere has expressed hatred for the design, but I like it a lot, even though I typically favour the traditional boxes for which Toronto is known/notorious.

The Marwest Group of Companies proposes to add a 42-storey rental apartment tower atop an existing 19-storey office building on Yonge Street between Gerrard and College Streets in Downtown Toronto. The design is by Kirkor Architects & Planners.
