I like what they've done with the (hilariously named) North Boulder Farmer's Ditch. It looks like it'll be a nice space. I'd like to see a site plan, to understand how it interacts with the neighboring properties.
Edit: Here's the site plan. Glad they're building that Junction Place/32nd Street connection. Building out the grid is important.
