I don't have the luxury of only hearing about the occasional person who gets injured or dies due to folks driving and texting. For me it's a real thing. It's common, and the issue is growing by the day.

So, I'm excited about this new law.

As far as proving someone is using their phones-officers can site someone for the use of their phone just as they can site or arrest someone if they witness them committing any infraction or crime. They're going to site you because they saw you. It's pretty easy to see someone when they're on their phone.
