Sussex is a new 41 story development by Townlien with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes. It is currently under construction at 6050 Sussex.

Construction of a high-rise residential building and a new church facility for the West Burnaby United Church at 6050 Sussex Avenue, as well as an infill, market rental project comprised of a high-rise tower at 4769 Hazel Street and townhomes at 4758 Grange Street. In summary, the purpose of the proposed zoning bylaw amendment is to permit the construction of two high-rise apartment towers (one 31 storey rental apartment building and one 41 storey strata apartment building), with a church fronting Sussex Avenue.

Couldn't find any renders for the 31 story building.
Thoughts on the design? I find it rather generic looking, something cooler could've been done to this triangular shaped lot.
