He does say they "hope" to start construction in 2019. I for one, am not holding my breath.

Hey, the provincial government is promoting recycling. News about the Team Gushue Highway is definitely their biggest recycling project for sure. Over the last decade, they've diverted terabytes of news of real progress out of the cyber landfill LOL
