I mean were getting the Chicago spire redevelopment starting later this year at 1100 feet tall.
and the new site I lsd tower at just shy of 1000 feet so add this in the mix its kinda naturally developing without it.
But for what lots are left I could see them being proposed at a higher density around this thing for sure.
