As you can see there is a lot dissection against Walmart. Superstore has declined opening there. Walmart may jump at it someday as the area is growing at 13.2% and has now surpassed 10,000. People who live there have a higher disposable income. We see Shoppers opening its first store there so more may follow.
Stratford still suffers from a "bedroom village" affliction. It may some day become amalgamated. Then what!
