^Probably not. There were some other business reasons for that difference, but there may have been a few towers that were taller. What Edmonton is going to get from the legacy of the airport is a lot of density in the Oliver area with the huge swath of 10 to 15 story structures and now it will look very impressive as some buildings poke up above that density.
