Edit: Dug through the thread and realized what I thought were two buildings is Building One and that the second building is further down the block.
I love the concept of a promenade here, with the amphitheater, spill out cafe, and the green space. A lot of good activation. So what’s the story with this possibly connecting to UT’s pedestrian Speedway? Is that still in the plans?
