I don't understand the criticisms of a hotel located there, either. Sure, it wouldn't be a place where I would want to stay, but a high end luxury hotel is being built right across the river. And there would be a connection to LSD to this hotel. And then there is the Sheraton just a few blocks west, along the river. It's not crazy to think a hotel could do well there.
