TORONTO | 1075 Bay Street | 768 FT | 66 FLOORS

Canderel, designed by Hariri Pontarini architects.

The site is currently a lacklustre 10 story brutalist concrete office tower. The podium of the tower is proposed to replace this office space being demolished while the upper tower will be residential units.

It will bring some nice density to the growing north part of Toronto's central skyline , joining projects including the One Bloor West supertall, 1 Yorkville, One Bloor East and Rosedale on Bloor. It's a short walk from Bloor-Yorkville, Mink Mile, U of T and Queen's Park. Just across the street from St Michaels Cathedral.
