Beats the hell out of me. SOM put a ton of effort into the current proposal and it's gone pretty far down the pipeline. Alderhack Riley complained about a few minor details which we assume will be ironed out; ie podium size. There is nothing to lead one to believe the two-tower design has been scrapped.
