I just walked by these today to take care of something, and they're coming together great. I'd love see another couple right here: https://www.google.com/maps/place/1601+V...ec8357fb82!8m2!3d39.958922!4d-75.1658125 In the first row of houses, providing them with the same great views. The current Phase II won't have quite as good views because of the Phase I houses in front of them. The remainder of that parking lot and that building on it are destined to be redeveloped into a tower at some point.
