Regarding 903 Peachtree, do we yet know which way the long side of the tower spans (east-west or north-south?)
I would think north-south would make the most sense since the views to the east and west would be mostly unobstructed by Metropolis and Hanover/Viewpoint. But the renderings do not make it look like that from what I can tell.
